Personal Connection
Individual users can connect their own Zoom account via OAuth. Ideal for solo users or teams not on a shared Zoom plan. Personal connections are automatically suspended when an admin sets up an organization connection.

Auto-Recording Sync
Completed Zoom recordings and transcripts are automatically attached to the related contact's activity timeline.

Bring your own API key — connect and go

Go to Admin > Integrations > Zoom in Coeffection.

Choose Organization (recommended for teams — one admin authorizes for everyone) or Personal (each user connects their own account).

Click Connect Zoom. You'll be redirected to Zoom's standard authorization page to review the requested permissions.

Approve the permissions on Zoom. You'll be redirected back to Coeffection automatically.

Meetings, recordings, transcripts, and Zoom Phone activity start syncing immediately.

To revoke access at any time: disconnect from Coeffection's Integrations page, OR remove the app from zoom.us > Profile > Manage > Connected Apps.
